COURSES :
The Entrance Test is to be conducted for the M.B.B.S / B.D.S / B.Physio / B.Sc(N) / B.Pharm Programme.
(a) General Category : 85% seats are in this category. Admission to this category will be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of the candidates base on result of AICET 2012.
(b) NRI/Managment Seats : 15% of the seats are researved for NRI/Management quota. The candidates desirous to get admission under this category will have to apply accordingly.

MODE OF ENTRANCE TEST :
The AICET 2012 will be of three hours duration containing 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Questions will be of single best response objective type with four answer option. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
The Medium of Examinations will be English.
The Entrance Test shall be of the standard Examination and shall cover Three Science

(A) SUBJECT - (A Group) MARK
(a) Physics 65
(b) Chemistry 65
(c) Biology 70

SUBJECT - (B Group or AB Group) MARK
(a) Physics 65
(b) Chemistry 65
(c) Math 70

ELIGIBILITY :
The candidate must be an Indian National.
The candidate must have passed 12th H.S.E. Board or Equvalant Examination or appearing for 12th H.S.C. Examination in (B) Group of science stream except for the admission in pharmacy programme having apperd either in A Group or B Group are Eligible for admission.

Cource Eligibility Preferance :
MBBS 12 th Sci. (PCB with English & minimum of 50% of marks)
BDS 12 th Sci. (PCB with English & minimum of 50% of marks)
B.Sc (N) 12 th Sci. (PCB with English & minimum of 45% of marks)
BPT 12th Sci. (PCB with English)
B.PHARM 12th Sci. (Any group i.e. A or B or AB)

The AECET - 2012 shall be conducted at the following cities :

If sufficient number of applicants have not opted for a particular centre, then Admission Committee will decide the Examination Centre. The address of the Examination centre assigned to a candidate will be given in the Hall Ticket. No request for change of centre mentioned in the application form shall be entertained.

Entrance Test Fee :
The Entrance Test Fee is `. 1500/-. The fee is payable by cash or demand draft, drawn in favour of “Sumandeep Vidyapeeth” of nationalized / schedule bank, payable at Vadodara. The candidate should write his/her name and address on the back side of the demand draft.

The last date of receipt of completed application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of Register, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Piparia upto 5.00 p.m. on Dt. 17/05/2012 (with late fee of `. 500/-) up to on Dt. 21/05/2012. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date.

HALL TICKET :
Hall Tickets carrying photograph of the candidate shall be issued to the candidates who is eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, for this purpose the candidate must submit two copy of recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) along with the application form. They should write their name on the back side of the photograph.

The Hall Ticket will be dispatched to the Candidate by Registered / Courier / Speed Post. Those who fail to receive the Hall Tickets by Dt. 22/05/2012 can contact the Admission Office on Phone No. 02668- 245267.

The Hall Ticket must be presented in the Examination Hall for verification of candidate’s identity when instructed by the invigilator to do so and also at the time of counseling. The Hall Ticket is not transferable. The candidate should come along with their photo I.D. for identification.
