We currently have a need for 2 Business Development Executives for our growing SAP Sales Team to sell our own bench candidates.

Responsibilities:

* Identifying potential SAP clients in the US market and initiating business.
* Business Development through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Internet searches
* Selling Bench Candidates to various clients / SAP Partners nationwide
* Account Management
* Validating the profiles as per the clientsâ requirements.
* Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet clientsâ requirements.
* Liasioning between the clients and candidates for various issues.
* Correspondence with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.
