Instructions to Candidates
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES RECRUITMENT OF ESIC-UDC EXAMINATION ON 01/04/2012 READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
1. Before appearing for the written examination, candidates must satisfy that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as laid down in the advertisement published in the website/newspaper.
2. Candidates are allowed to appear in the examination provisionally and their candidature shall be terminated unilaterally at any stage of the recruitment process, if it is found that he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria.
3. Candidates are advised to report at the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. They shall not be allowed to enter in the examination hall after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
4. Candidates are advised to read carefully the instructions given in the question booklet.
5. Candidates must bring with them blue/black ball point pen to mark the OMR (Optical Mark Reader) answer sheet.
6. Calculator/slide rule/books/mobile phone/pager inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
7. Any candidate found using unfair means/reporting late/without admit card shall be debarred from the examination.
8. Candidates will not be entitled to TA/DA for appearing in the examination.
9. Candidates must hand over the answer sheet and second copy of admit card to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
10. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the completion of time of examination.
11. Rough work is to be done on the question booklet itself and no separate sheet will be provided for the purpose.
12. Candidates are advised to preserve the admit card till declaration of the result.
13. Candidates must abide by the instructions given by the supervisor/Invigilator, failure to do so will make candidate liable to any such punishment as ESIC may decide.
14. Candidates will paste their self-attested recent passport size coloured photograph at the space provided in second copy of the admit card.
15. Candidates will put their thumb impression and signature in second copy of Admit card in the presence of Invigilator at the time of Examination.

i can't find my roll no. in esic punjab.org, their is no option for finding the eligible candidate. plz tell me how to find my admit card from esicpunjab.org?

You need to Enter your Application Id and Click on the Download Button.
No method is given to retrieve Application id if forgotten.

Dear Sir, Have submitted application in the month of January itself and now i am getting hallticket with my application ID...........Hard copy of the same has been submitted in jan.
for your kind information me and my friend both submitted application through registered post on the same day n same date she got the admit card and i am getting my admit card....so help me how to get my admit card apart from online.

My application ID is UD14891

Yes, I get the same message as well.
You need a application ID.
Is this the same as user ID as you have mentioned above?
