He candidate must have at least I.T.I or Diploma in Instrumentation and have minimum 6 years working experience as Instrument maintenance technician in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Fertilizer or Large Chemical Plants. He must be familiar with the activities include testing, calibration, repairs of the different types of transmitters, control valves, switches, local controllers, vibrations probes etc. He should be able to do overhauling of control valves, replacing parts, troubleshooting, able to read P&ID, Loop Diagram, Schematic, ESD drawing and symbols, and work independently and attend emergencies. Must be having working knowledge in any of the Distributed Control systems (DCS) such as Yokogawa, Honeywell, Foxboro, etc. Working knowledge and on hand experience in any Emergency Shut Down systems (ESD) like Triconex and as well machinery control systems such as Compressor Surge control, Turbine Speed controls, vibration monitors, Boiler controls etc. shall be an added advantage
