MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS : A candidate must be an Advocate of not less than seven years standing as on 01st day of January, 2013. The applicants must fulfil the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1975.

PAY SCALE :. Rs. 51550 – 1230-58930-1380-63070 Plus admissible allowances.

AGE LIMIT AS ON : A candidate for direct recruitment must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years on the first day of January 2013; in other words, he must have been born on or after 02.01.1968 and not later than 01.01.1978.

HOW TO APPLY :
a) Candidates must apply on-line through the website allahabadhighcourt.in Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted.
b) After submitting the On line Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates are required to take a print out (Hard Copy) of the finally submitted On line Recruitment Application.

NOTE-I :
In addition to submission of on-line application, the downloaded hard copy of the application form alongwith required documents as mentioned in the instructions are to be submitted as follows :
(i) For the candidates practising within the State of U.P.- before the District & Sessions Judge of the district or the Registrar General, High Court Allahabad, Registrar, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, respectively after obtaining requisite forwarding on or before 15/05/2012.
(ii) For the candidates practising outside the State of Uttar Pradesh- The candidates shall obtain requisite forwarding by the District and Sessions Judge of the district/Registrar General/Registrar of the High Court/Secretary General of the Supreme Court respectively. Duly filled up and forwarded application form will be sent directly by the candidate by Registered Post to the Registrar (Selection & Appointment) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad so as to reach on or before 15/05/2012.
