- AT PLASTOTECH PVT LTD is a Division of AG INDUSTRIES PVT LIMITED. It has TS -16949 & EMS 1400. AG INDUSTRIES is engaged in the business of manufacturing plastics injection, molded parts, assemblies & Door Trims which supplies to both Automotive and Industrial uses. It has capability to mould parts from 40 T to 500 Ton injection moulding and 5 litre to 20 litters in case of blow moulding and around 230 injection mould & 40 blow mould.

(ii) Working experience in M-TECH INDUSTRIES in Mumbai as a tool room Engineer from Aug 2008 to Aug. 2010.
JOB PROFILE
As a Design Engineer; Including Mould design, assembly and detailing of Tool-Design with 2D & 3D, design of jigs & fixture, Solving quality related problems etc.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assembly and Detailing of Tool Design with preparation of BOM.
- Design of jigs & fixture.
- Studying customer requirements proposal.
- Inspection of component after Molding.
- Coordinating with Tool room Engineers regarding tooling problems.
- Quotation (On base- Customer drawing, Cad data, Part file etc.).
DESIGN SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Auto CAD 2006, 2007 & 2010
- Pro-E Wildfire 4.0- Solid modeling, Surface modeling, Sheet metal components, Core Cavity Extraction, Assembly and Drafting.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Passed “Matriculation” from BSEB- PATNA in 2002.
Passed “Intermediate” from BIEC- PATNA in 2004.
