Project Manager :
B.E (Civil) with 15 + years experience in handling multiple large projects, of which at least 5 years in residential projects. Candidates to have complete knowledge of Cost / Quality / Time aspects of project management. Should have handled large residential projects of 1 million sq. ft Knowledge of direct construction required, capable of handling outsourced contractors / vendors, knowledge of all utility services. Capable of handling a team of engineers, coordination with Architects/other consultants.

Manager - ELECTRICAL/PHE :
Qualification : B.E (Civil) with 15 to 20 years in QS / Contracts / Billing / scrutinizing, budgeting, cost monitoring, rate analysis, exposure to tendering (relevant to Civil & MEP services)

BE / Diploma (Civil) with 7-12 years experience in construction industry with at least 3 years in residential buildings.

Site Engineers :

Design Coordination Manager :
BE (Civil) / B. Arch with a minimum of 10 years experience from consultancy / Real Estate developer. The candidates should have experience in statutory building by-laws, Co-ordination with Architects / Service consultants, Green building norms and should be conversant with Indian codes of practices, preparing specifications, Landscape works, Fire fighting works, Preparation of saleable areas, Organizing site field survey works, Geo technical investigations etc. Knowledge of AUTOCAD and interpretation of drawings is a must and able to take decisions for day to day site issues / Problems.

Design Co-Coordinators :

1.) As a Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil), Wherein I had a thorough and overall experience in the Tuticorin Thermal Power Project(TTPP), and Mettur Thermal Power Project works. I was involved in the construction of Power house Civil works Buildings, Structural steel works and construction of Portal Framed Multi-storeyed building of quarters. Also I have Experience in the Transmission Line Construction (TLC) works like sub setting concrete, Erection of towers, stringing of 110KV & 230KV line works, construction of sub-station, control rooms and other related works. I had served for Execution & Commissioning of the above said in various places. I have also executed service buildings, shopping complex, community buildings, Inspection Bungalows for the stay of VIPS. I have also executed various types of Residential Buildings with execution of underground water tanks, Formation of Internal Roads and water supply lines and laying of sewer lines and sewage Treatment.
2.) As a Executive Engineer (Civil), I have worked in the Design office for the ongoing Pykara Ultimate Stage Hydro Electric Power Project (PUSHEP), Masinagudi, which is a special project, done underground, wherein it has features of trigonometric surveying and so on. I have been a part of designing the transformer Cavern, Access Tunnel, Tail Race Tunnel, Upper Reach and lower reach of steel pipe Tunnels and the Super structure of Power house building. I am in-charge of PERT network monitoring the projects slippages, critical activity and preparation of BAR chart. Conducting co-ordination meetings and monitoring the projects for the time bound commissioning.
