For Personnel Manager :
Graduate with atleast 2 years PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/IR/PM OR MSW OR MHROD OR MBA with specialization in HR from recognized university/institution with 5 years Post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
