Knowledge and skill requirements :
PhD/ M Sc (Organic Chemistry) having at least 1 to 5 years of experience in R&D. Fresh candidate may also be considered for suitable position
Experience : 0 - 5 Years

Regional Sales Executive :
Job Description :
Responsible for assigned territory to regularly meet chemical distributors and achieve revenue budgets in line with organizational objectives
Conduct customer/market development activities as directed by HO
Implement marketing initiatives by the company from time to time; thereby achieving the sales objective and product volume budgets
Manages and constantly update a customer base of distributors, Institutions & Hospitals and continues to review the list to optimize the business
Conducts detailing & product discussions with distributors, customer education etc.
Meets the company specifications coverage of distributors in the assigned territory
Complies with reporting systems, work plans and operates within assigned budgets to maximize sales and to establish effective sales administration systems

Knowledge and skill requirements :
The incumbent should have excellent demonstrated communication skills & selling skills
should have skills/competence in detailing and dialogue
Ability to grasp chemical products and understanding of market segments like diagnostic distributors, chemical distributors, institutions etc.
Self motivated individual with demonstrated planning and analytical skills
Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
High level of perseverance and resilience
High level of customer focus

Education and Experience Requirements :
Ideal candidate must be a Graduate
0-2 years of prior sales experience in the Chemical Industry

Regional Collections Executive :
Job Description :
Responsible for assigned territory to regularly do collections from chemical distributors and achieve revenue budgets in line with organizational objectives
Regularly keep a track of pending payments beyond the agreed credit period by doing ageing analysis
Ensure timely collections with least possible collection expense through effective use of telecalling
Ensure regular reporting as per the designed formats
Ensure that customer feedback is actioned upon to improve product, systems and processes.
