The post will be filled by Direct Recruitment.

CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY
In Documentation Control Team
- Planning, checking, and organizing to minimize the discrepancies in manifest, through BL/Booking/load list matching with as per line’s instruction.
- Interacting with destination and loading agents and coordinating with concerned departments for problem resolution, ensuring maximum efficiency in all aspects of customer service (Regions involved- INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRI LANKA, JORDAN, YEMEN, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, OMAN, SHANGHAI, SINGAPORE and S.KOREA).
- Checking and matching freight & surcharges manifest (as per rate request approve by Trade desk) with B/L / Booking to minimize discrepancies..
- B/L’s (bill of Lading) Auditing –Auditing freight & surcharge manifest with the Bills of lading report & Bills of Lading detail to know the no of B/L per vessel.
- Clarification of Discrepancies
- Auditing and Approval of Correction Notes for Present and past vessels.
- Making Reports according to the Vessel schedules and daily reports for the Top Management.
- Preparation of Pre-alerts, Manifests, Debit/Credit notes, etc & sending the same to Overseas Agents.
