** Good experience of New Product Development
** Good Working experience of DFM
** Good Experience of Process Validation & its documentations.
** Knowledge of Process Documents like PFD, PFMEA, Control and Work Instructions & other risk Assessment tools.
** Exposure to Manufacturing processes.
** Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Practices.
** Experienced in Line layout, line balancing, Takt time Calculation.
** Experience in Work measurement Study / Time study.
** Good Experience in Developing Work standards Documents such as SOP, QIP Etc.
** Exposure in developing training standards/ Job Instructions for Assembly Operators
** Experience in GD&T.
** Exposure to Quality Management System
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY :
** May supervise one or more engineers.

Technical Skill Set :
Primary
** Understanding of the concepts of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving, Suppli-er assessment , Supplier development & control, Data analysis, Measurement systems, Pro-E, Understanding of Design system and ability to read Design prints.

Additional :
** Trained internal auditor on ISO13485/ISO9001/ TS16949.
** Excellent analytical skills.
** Effective interpersonal communications skills.
** Blueprint/Engineering schematic reading and interpretation.
** Basic inspection techniques.
** Basic PC skills.

Qualifications/Work Experience : B-Tech Mechanical /Electrical, 8-10 years
Education and/or Special Training : Good knowladge of manufacturing processes
