Qualification & Experience :
1. Full time BE/BTech degree from a recognized Indian University.
2. One year Diploma/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute or Regional Labour Institute.
3. Minimum 2 years practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity in production or maintenance or safety department.
4. Knowledge of Hindi in devanagri script is essential

Selection Process :
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of upto 1 :8 to the number of post, only personal interview shall be conducted. However, if the number of eligible candidates for the post exceeds the ratio of 1:8,
written test will be conducted and candidates will be invited for Personal interview in the ratio of 1 :6 to the number of vacancies in order of merit on the basis of their performance in the written test. The written test and interview will be held at Haridwar.

Examination Fees :
A crossed demand draft for Rs 250/- for General and OBC candidates in favour of M/s.Bharat Heavy
Electricals Limited, Haridwar and payable at any scheduled bank in Haridwar(preferabely State Bank of India,
Ranipur Haridwar, Branch Code No.0586) should be accompanied with the application form without which
application shall not be accepted. Candidates should write there name and address on the back side of the demand
draft. SC, ST and Physically challenged candidates are exempted from paying Processing fees.
