Procedure and Steps to follow at the time of Downloading Admit card:
Candidate has to login with his basic login details (Registration No. and date of birth , which should be same as submitted while applying online).

Eligible Candidate had to upload His /Her Photograph and Signature only in "Jpg" format and file name of Photograph and signature should be prefixed with Registration number and as per the pattern given here .

e.g. If a candidate's Registration number is 100036 then file name of his photograph and signature should be "100036photo.jpg" and "100036sign.jpg" respectively. No other pattern of file name will be allowed by the system.

File size of each of the Photograph and Signature should not be more than 20 KB per file , otherwise it will not allowed by the System to upload.

Once the photograph and signature is uploaded by candidate successfully , System will generate Admit card of the candidate on the screen with pre printed Photograph and Signature , and candidate has to take colored printout of that Admit card with clear vision of Photograph and Signature and appear in the examination as per schedule mentioned there in.

Recruitment for the post of Security Assistant / Executive

IMPORTANT : Your Date of Birth should be same as what you have submitted "First Time" while applying online.

In case you have applied more than once, then only First alloted registration number containing details filled therein has been considered as part of your eligibility for downloading Admit Card.

Scheduled date of examination at all centers (except Chandigarh) -1st April 2012 (Date of examination at Chandigarh will be intimate later, so candidates opted Chandigarh as Examination center may please note that their Admit card is not uploaded here).

To download your Admit card/check status of Application , Please fill up the following information.
1) Registration No
2) Date of Birth

How do we upload our signature and photograph? Please explain in detail.

If you have Chandigarh as Examination center, you should not try to download Admit card. Your Admit card is not uploaded here. Also, you need to enter registration number and date of birth together to download the admit card.
