Knowledge Development
Curriculum development.
Support all aspects of Training Programs (i.e.) classroom support and follow up

Project Management :
Building customer relations
Interface with back office for project file creation
Project tracking for progress
Escalation of issues delaying the milestones through issue logs
Issue work completion reports (WCR) for raising invoice
Weekly Project reporting to clients & Respective SBU Head
Monthly reporting in the MRM (Management Review Meeting)

The tube failure due to excessive vibration must be avoided in heat exchanger. Analysis of flow induced vibration is required. Almost heat exchanger failure due to flow induced vibration.
Key Deliverables :-
Calculate natural frequency by using model analysis and vibration analysis.
Calculate theoretical natural frequency of pipe fixed at one end i.e. cantilever boundary condition by Euler’s equation of motion.
Calculate excitation frequency of pipe with or without water with help of Fast Fourier transform [FFT] analyzer.
