Job Description
A. Financial Planning:
-- Facilitate internal financial controls.
-- Assist in formulating business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals.

B. Taxation/ Statutory Compliance:
-- Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of TDS, and Income Tax Returns & handling assessments under Income Tax Act .
-- Managing compliance related formalities of the listed company
-- Assist auditors with whatever they require for audit of the group companies

C. Portfolio Management
-- Equity research and planning in-house investments in order to maximise profitability and minimise risks

D. Budgeting:
-- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
-- Overseeing optimum utilisation of borrowings/surplus funds in profitable investments to achieve higher returns, ensuring minimum liquidity position.

E. MIS
-- Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance of various verticals.
-- Ensuring that all income/expenses at the end of the month accounted properly viz. Adm.Bill, Projects Bills and other expenses and provision

F. Mentoring
-- Grooming of team members and over viewing the accounts department
-- Team Building
-- Training of team members in terms of technical skills & soft skills

Desired Candidate Profile
-- MBA (Finance) / CA
-- 4-5 years of experience in accounts handling
-- Capital Market knowledge/ experience would be added advantage
