    News     :
    Sr.Journalists/Reporters :
    Graduates with P G Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication / Visual Communication with aggregate 50% marks. Working experience of at least for 3 yrs in a Television Channel as Sub Editor / Reporter. Fluent in Malayalam and English and should be telegenic and be able to present News / Features on TV. Age limit - 30 years.

    Journalist Trainees/Reporters :
    Graduates with P G Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication / Visual Communication with aggregate 50% marks.Fluent Communication in Malayalam and English and should be telegenic and be able to present News / Features on TV. Age limit-25 years.

    Sales :
    Manager :
    Graduates with 7 years experience in field sales/ time sales with proven professional experience of leading and managing sales teams in a performance-driven work environment. Age limit - 30 years.

    Sales Executives :
    Graduates, with atleast 2 years experience in Time Sales. Age limit - 25 years.

    Human Resources :
    Asst. Manager :
    MBA/MA (HR) from a reputed institution with at least 5 years experience in a responsible position in the HR Dept of large Organizations with excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Should have experience in practical applications of Labour Laws. Shoud be IT-savvy and conversant with professional HR practices.
