    Job Description
    Primary job will be to head the commercial activities of the restaurant.
    KRA Includes:
    1. Prompt & Correct Sales Billing/Collection.
    2. Control on POS Stationery.
    3. Quality Control System.
    4. Supply Chain Management,Store Management.
    5. Efficient handling of Processes pertaining to ordering / receipts, inspection, rejection and acceptance / issue of materials.
    6. Correct and timely accounting of sales, purchases, cash transactions, bank transactions and journal vouchers.
    7. Payment to creditors/service providers and of statutory liabilities on time.
    8. Correct and timely compliance of statutory obligations.
    9. Maintenance of HR related records and preparation of payroll.
    10. Cost Analysis & Control and MIS through Trends Analysis, Variance Analysis and Exception Reports etc.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Candidate should have thorough knowledge of Accounts, Materials Management and Costing with 8-10 yrs of work experience in accounts/materials management, preferably in the hospitality industry including minimum 3 years in middle management roles.
