American NonSurgical Spine Institute (ANSSI) is introducing a revolutionary non-surgical treatment for all spine related problems including slipped disk (herniation of intervertebral disk) causing nerve root compression. Our company is in need of Administrative Officer to run the day-to-day operations of its VAX-D treatment center. The administrative officer will get an opportunity to work with an American doctor and his dedicated and highly experienced team.
The administrative officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of American NonSurgical Spine Institute (ANSSI) and its functioning of VAX-D treatment center in Mumbai. This include continuous communication and networking with representatives of government and non-government agencies and stakeholders in the field of health care business. This post demand high level of multitasking skills to ensure the variety of job responsibilities as per the need of company. The post holder will be well supported in a dynamic, friendly and established team environment where best practice and change for improvement is encouraged.
Major Role and Responsibilities :
** Responsible in undertaking standardized office routines and exchanging information.
** General office duties involving computer operations record and file maintenance, mail distribution and telephone reception.
** Acting as contact point for enquiries to ensure availability of data
** Receives and registers incoming and out coming documents to ensure availability and quality of documents
** Organise and maintain files of official correspondence, and finance related records, etc.
** Ready for local travel to meet representatives of government and non-government offices
** Schedule appointments, coordinate arrangements for meeting and conferences
** Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data in orders to keep directors up-to-date with the department status and need for related action
Position Requirements :
** Graduate or post graduate in commerce or business management
** Experienced in company`s day-to-day operations handling
** Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop close relationships with referring sources and colleagues.
** Experience and ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of situations.
** An ability and interest in leading health care ventures independently
