Job Description : To take and transcribe dictation, Perform a wide variety of clerical work including typing, proofreading, filing, checking and recording information on records, Giving information and technical assistance as required, Type letters, memorandums, proceedings of meetings or other materials from oral direction, rough draft, copy, notes and stenographic notes, Independently compose correspondence and routine reports, May regularly take and transcribe minutes of official and non-official proceedings, Sort and file documents and records according to predetermined classifications, maintaining alphabetical index and cross-reference files, Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, Perform duties as assigned.

Desired Profile : Graduate / Secretarial course, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work under tight deadlines, Typing speed: 50 wpm, Thorough knowledge of computer, Interpersonal skills

Age : 20 - 30

Experience : 1 - 2 years

Remuneration : As per industry norms
