Online applications are invited for the posts of Scientist/ Senior Scientist in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/ Rs.7600 in PB-3 from young, dynamic and enthusiastic persons. The details about the posts, age limit, educational qualification, experience and other conditions are given below as link. The candidates are requested to go through the details and ensure that they fulfill the minimum prescribed criteria before applying Online. Also, the candidates should have the details of Demand Draft (if applicable), marks obtained (in the qualifying examination) and experience (employer names,period,etc.,) readily available to provide inputs to the online application form.

Essential Qualifications : Ph.D.(Chemistry) OR Ph.D.(Chemical/ Metallurgical Engineering) [thesis submitted].
Desirable : Research/Teaching experience in Electrochemical Science and Technology.

Job Requirements : To work as a Team Member in the areas of Nano materials based electrodes for Electrochemical Energy Storage / Conversion / OR Corrosion/ Electrodics/ Electro-metallurgy and Faculty in B.Tech Programme of CECRI.

Hard copy of online application form duly signed together with recent passport size photograph, application fee of Rs.100/- in the form of Demand Draft (if applicable) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Director, CECRI, payable at Karaikudi, with attested copies of Matriculation/SSLC as proof of age, all degree certificates for educational qualifications & copies of mark sheets for all semesters/years, SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificates (whatever applicable), work experience certificates, testimonials etc. should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed “Application for the post of Scientist/ Senior Scientist, Post Code -----------------, Advt.No.01/2012” , so as to reach the
