Job Profile :
Strategic business growth :
** Ensure the attainment of the sales target by developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and get repeat/new business from existing customers.
** Participate in trade and industrial exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, live demo’s etc. To expedite market penetration and increase visibility of ABS.
** Review and analyze operational records, cost data, sales data and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
** Monitor market changes and customer preferences (region specific) to determine focus of sales efforts.
** Develop hiring services as a key revenue earning function in the organisation
** Ensure increased revenue from new/untapped markets/ customers

Ensure additional business from existing customers :
** Maintain regular contacts and follow-ups with existing customers.
** PR calls to customers.
** Ensure timely grievance redressal.
** Confer with customers regarding equipment needs and advise them on types of equipments to purchase.

Proposal / Tender Submission and Order Acceptance :
** Supervise preparation and submission of tenders as per customer requirements.
** Decide on pricing whenever needed, participate in tender openings, technical/commercial meetings, pre-order demo’s etc.

Collections :
** Establish acceptable payment terms and ensure timely collection of payments, outstandings, C-form etc.

Commissioning/ Demo/ Application Study :
** Responsible for approval of demo request by sales person and ensure the demo’s materialisation into order
** Ensure quality of reports w.r.t accuracy, timeliness in submission and with adequate supporting like application photographs and information

After sales follow-ups :
** Follow-up with customers about performance of tools and requirements of consumables with warranty, post-warranty and annual maintenance contracts.
** Ensure collection of letters of appreciation from customers.

Candidate Profile :
• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma with min 8 to 15 yrs exp in industrial sales.
• Strong leadership skills
• Communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Skills of Team Mgt , planning & organising , positive attitude
• Candidates from Tool Industry will be preferred.
