Completed the Project in Visual Studio as front end and Ms Access as back end. The objective of the project was to bring automation in the existing system of the hospital were the patient information and case history was the documented (handwritten) and filed. The software was designed in such way that all the information was filled online at the time of appointment and the same was stored as patient history. This software helped in ease of getting information of existing patients with daily records of head count medicated or operated. Project holds the systematic management of the patient information and other transaction details (Data). These fully computerized system provided ease in data storage and archival of the same.
