    Scope of the Project :
    The study is based on secondary data information which constitutes a major part in preparing the project report. The secondary data has been collected from :

    2) The journals and magazines of the bank.

    Objective of the project :
    - To analyze the cash inflows and cash outflows of the Bank.
    - To study the growth pattern of the Bank.
    - To suggest practices for improving the accuracy of the cash flow of the Bank.
    - To evaluate financial performance using comparative statement.
    Conclusion of the project :
    Since the Bank’s sale of assets is more, its fund can be utilized to pay off the liabilities and also can increase the earning capacity of the bank by taking necessary steps to control the operating expenses.
    WORK EXPERIENCE :
    CURRENTLY WORKING AT QUINTILES RESEARCH (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED (TOP CRO)
    Role : Associate Recruiter (June2011-June2012)

    1) Invoicing :
    *Processing invoice of all consultancies to the finance department.*Checking on the status of pending payments with the finance department.* Keeping a track of the date of all invoice numbers processed, date of sending cheque to respective vendors after receiving the same from the finance department.*Keeping a scan copy of all cheques in the folder called ‘’cheques’’ in the staffing drive for records.*Checking on the present address of vendors before dispatching cheques.* Providing bank details of all vendors on their respective letter heads to the finance department for direct credit activation (Electronic fund transfer).
    2) Background Verification : * As and when the updated reports come from BGC vendor, need to record the same in the respective recruiter’s folder under share drive.* Compiling reports of all employees in 2010 and keeping a track with vendor for all the HR check pending reports.*Assisting recruiters in scanning background verification forms of new joiners and sending it to BGV vendor along with the joining dates.*Following up with the new joiners for alternate contact numbers of their educational institutions, if found not reachable by vendor.
    3) Passive Recruitment : *Recording the names, designation, organization and contact numbers in an excel sheet from the reference sheet filled by the candidates from time to time. *Segregating the names according to their designation in the respective departments like Medical, Clinical, DM, ECG, Bios tats, and Shared Services.
    4) Share Point Access : *Job postings to post and for advertise positions.*Providing access to the employees to view the latest recruitment updates in the share point. *Creating an alert at 4pm to view the modification done by the recruiters on daily basis.
    5) Tests and Interviews :
    *Reviewing applications and conducting interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.*Taking up a telephonic interview for candidates and scheduling a face to face interview on respective dates.
    *Giving a summary or feedback of the candidate interviewed to the manager based on the candidate’s communication, knowledge about SAS or SQL, background information, interests or aspirations, salary expectations, notice period etc .*Assisting recruiters in blocking rooms and conducting aptitude tests, technical tests and coordinating with the selected candidates in conducting HR round, and accordingly final round.*Working with external recruiters and employment agencies in recruiting candidates.
    *Utilizing Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.*Maintaining a separate excel sheet for the list of all vendor’s contracts for respective entities,*Sending contracts for signatures to the respective vendors and recording the date of receipt of signed contract. *Collecting travel expense bills from candidates if applicable and sending them the cheques on the receipt of the same from finance for travel expense reimbursement.
    *Sending the acknowledgement mail to the candidates and employees who send the resumes for any openings. *Scheduling WebEx interviews with the candidate and panel members.
    *Checking candidate’s availability as informed for the interviews and coordinating interviews at Delhi office , UK office and varied locations for arranging pool laptop and for conducting the WebEx Interviews in respective locations.
    *Ordering lunch through online request and arranging for air tickets through Travel department for outstation candidates and also arranging for CABS for returning back to airport.*Coordinating with the Senior candidates for the interview and arranging meeting rooms for the panel members to take up the interviews.
    *Following up the feedback from manager and recording the names of all candidates who have been interviewed by various panel members for varied position along with the feedback to track the records for future . *Maintaining separate trackers for all position to record the names of those profiles sourced and mailed via job portals.
    *Arranging for the Video Conference setup by raising online request by filling the details with the different time zones and respective Video Conference rooms when the interviews are held in two or more locations. *Assisting Manager to open the requisition for Singapore, China and India after getting necessary details from her for opening the required requisition.
    *Sending for approvals to the concerned hiring managers after getting confirmation about the approval path and also about the necessary corrections in descriptions, qualifications, pay company, employee bonus, country etc. *If some approvers are not added on Quintiles staffing software called Taleo, then send a request to Alice Halley for adding them either as Hiring Manager or as a recruiter whichever is applicable.
    *After all approvers approve the requisition, posting the same internally and externally. *For external posting, checking with Manager for the particular agencies for which she wants to provide the link for applying resumes. *Sometimes when the department codes and SBU codes are not activated, filling the department request form and sending it to HR PSC for activating the same.
    *Keeping the track of candidates who apply on taleo and sending the correspondence as reject to those who are not suitable for the applied position. Keeping the track of the internal applicants on taleo and send correspondence in a separate mail if not suitable. *Sourcing through LinkedIn for varied positions based on the priority. After Manager selecting the profiles as good ones, sending them an Inmail in LinkedIn and following up for their interest, availability and accordingly setting the call with Manager for screening.
    *After candidate gets selected, moving the candidate on taleo to the stage of hire along with salary breakup details provided by Manager. *Collecting necessary documents and filled BGV forms from the candidates in soft copy for initiating background verification to BGV vendors. Sending the hard copies of the same to HR PSC for records. Updating the new hire in recruitment update sheet on share point.
