Rapid growth of infrastructure development in Central India recently has increased chances of job market to many graduated students. In order to keep up with the demands, universities hold responsibility to produce students with sufficient background and excellent qualification. As an assurance for the performance of students is up to the standards, preparation and exposure to the industrial training is a must in the program.

Our Industrial Training program discusses the perceptions of the undergraduate students from any engineering branch. Students will be evaluated based on the questionnaires given to them once they have completed the training program. Various aspects will be covered during the training and these can be summarized into three main aspects i.e. Logical Understanding of Concepts, Team communication and Work attitude of the students before and after the training program.

The results show that the overall student's performance before the training is in average of 48% - 63% for those three main aspects. However, after the completion of the training program, the percentage of these three main aspects will be increased up to 89% - 95%. These results also proven that the industrial training program is merely beneficial to the students in terms of engineering education improvement and engineering profession.

We have also organized 1 Succcessful Industrial Training in Star Academy of Technology and Management on Basic Electronics and students have given their positive feedbacks on them.

If looking at the benefits of industrial training, according to 94% of students who go for Industrial training has agreed that by doing the industrial training, it can provide more knowledge and guidance in choosing the job after being graduated.
