PGIMER, Chandigarh invites applications from Indian Nationals for recruitment to the posts of Sister Grade-II is as under

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION(S) :
(a) Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
(b) Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institute.
(c) Should be registered ‘A’ grade Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council.

AGE LIMIT : 18-30 Years.

HOW TO APPLY :-
The candidates have an option to apply Online as well as through Offline Mode (i.e. by Post).
ONLINE MODE :
1. All eligible candidates should apply online before the last date for registration of application form on the website pgimer.nic.in.
2. Before filling up Online Application, a candidate must have his/her photograph scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 500 KB and must not be less than 3 KB in size for the photograph as it has to be uploaded at the time of filling of online form.
3. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID which should be kept active during the recruitment process. The candidates should ensure that the email ID is not share or mentioned to any other person. It is requested not to use any other persons e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online.
The amount of fee to be paid is as under :-

OFF LINE MODE :
1. In case of OFFLINE APPLICATION, the candidates will first fill (i) Advt. No. (ii) category and (iii) date of birth on the website and then take a printout of the application form and challan. The application form is to be filled in by BLUE/BLACK PEN in BLOCK LETTERS. The candidates should apply the same method for payment as mentioned at Sr. No. 6 above and then send the application along with one copy of challan form through registered post or Speed Post only to the

hello.............i want to ask regarding the online application.. I filled the form online but I am not getting challan with my biodata filled on it??I tried for that twice but it was in vain...

This needs help from somebody who has gone through the process of online application.
