Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is a Public Sector undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy, involved in Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants, invites applications for induction of Stipendiary Trainees (Scientific Assistant-B) and Stipendiary Trainees (Technician-B) to work in the areas of Plant Operation, Maintenance and Service with initial posting at Kakrapar Atomic Power Project 3&4, but liable to be posted at any units of NPCIL

Stipendiary Trainees Diploma Holder (Category I)
1. Mechanical – 15 vacancies
2. Electrical – 18 vacancies
3. Electronics and Instrumentation – 07 vacancies
Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years
Educational Qualifications :
i) Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering recognized by the Government of ?India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or Licentiate of three years duration after SSC.
ii) Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.

Stipendiary Trainees (Category II)
1. Plant Operator – 20 vacancies
2. Fitter – 23 vacancies
3. Electrician – 10 vacancies
4. Electronics and Instrumentation – 12 vacancies
Age Limit : 18 to 24 Years
Educational Qualifications :
i) HSC(10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually.
ii) Should have had English as one of the subjects eithr at SSC level examination.

Selection Process : The selection will be on based on written test, trade test & interview in the concerned discipline.

I worked as project engineer for CNC machines for vertical milling machines and special machines.
PROJECT DONE :
- EMBEDDED BASED SPEED CONTROL OF THREE PHASE INDUCTION MOTOR USING SINGLE PHASE SUPPLY.
The theme of the project is to control the speed of induction motor through semiconductor devices. Our project employs stator frequency control using MOSFET semiconductor devices. Since the losses are less in motor in this method of speed control of induction motor the other advantage of the project is that either single phase AC supply or DC supply can be used for controlling the three phase induction motor through inverter. Using a variable frequency drive, a considerable amount of energy can be saved. The efficiency of the motor improves in variable speed drive and electricity cost is reduced.
