Instrumentation Systems Design
- Preparation Technical Specifications for Instrumentation & Sub control
Systems.
- Selection of Instruments for plant equipments categorized as Process monitoring & Machine Protection.
- Preparation of Technical specifications for various instruments.
- Preparation of IO list and IO counts in order to design the capacity of PLC system. Counting all DI, DO AI, RTD’s, Profibus DP and MFM etc of equipments and Sub control systems.
- Assigning the Instrument signal codification in the Instruments list and Electrical consumer list as per International Standard.
- Design of Power, control and instrumentation cable routing, calculations and addressing.
- Preparation of Control and Instrumentation cable schedules for the entire plant.
- Preparation of Equipment coding and flow sheet numbering for all equipments.
- Preparation of BID (Block Interlocking Diagram) as this is to group controls, instruments and motors in required sequence of Start / Stop in accordance with Process flow.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Electrical, Control & Automation Items.
- Evaluation and Comparison Study on the received Electrical, Control & Automation offers from various suppliers in accordance with technical requirements, commercial values and other conditions.
- Detailed Technical discussion with suppliers for our requirements in accordance with their submission of offer and getting the needs of our requirement.
Project Experience in Erection, testing and commissioning of Instrumentation Systems
- Experience on installation of all field instruments like Pressure, Temperature, level and flow transmitters, RTD, Theromocouples, Level Switches, Flow switches, Proximity switches, Vibration transmitters, etc
- Working with Profibus PA transmitters of Pressure, Temp, Level and Flow of various makes ABB, SIEMENS

- Preparation of Technical Specifications for LV switchgears, Distribution Transformers, Capacitor banks, LV & MV cables, Battery chargers etc.,
- Design, Specification of Protection & Metering equipments of Protection Relays, MFM’s, Control Transformer’s, Voltage Transformers for 3.3KV Switchgears, LV Switchgears, Motor Control Centers etc.,
- Design of Power Distribution Scheme (Single Line Diagram) for an Integrated Plant
- Power Cable Sizing & Selection by voltage drop calculation for MV as well as LV motors supply range of 3.3 KV & 415 V.
- Transformer Sizing Calculation : 2000 KVA, 1500 KVA of 11 KV/0.433 KV, Dyn11 distribution transformers.
- Cable Scheduling for Power, Control & Instrument Cables for the entire plant.
- MCC (Motor Control Centre) feeder list preparation. It involves grouping of motors according to Process flow and giving necessary feeders & Control schemes in accordance with design criteria.
- Preparation & approving of Control Schemes for various DOL, RDOL, and Soft Starters & Variable Frequency Drives.(vvvf)ABB
- Selection & Specification of Various types of Relays for MV & LV Switchgears, Transformer feeders, Capacitor bank feeders & Motor Feeders.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Electrical, Control & Automation Items.
- Evaluation and Comparison Study on the received Electrical, Control & Automation offers from various suppliers in accordance with technical requirements, commercial values and other conditions.

- Currently involved in the Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LV, MV motors range of 0.5 KW to 375 KW and Voltage range of 415 V, 690 V, 3.3 KV

Description : Stegnography is about hiding a data into an image using some encoding technique, and retrieve the message hidden in the image using decoding technique.
