Ltd Inauguration of Training Programme on Soft Skills & English Language to Girl Students, ITI Delhi January 6, 2010, Jija Bai Industrial Training Institute for Women (JBITI), August Kranti Marg, Siri Fort, New Delhi The Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd Training Programme on Soft Skills and English Language for girl students of Jija Bai Industrial Training Institute for Women (JBITI), Siri Fort was inaugurated by Rashmi Singh, Mission Director, Samajik Suvidha Sangam, Programme Management Unit, Government of NCT of Delhi. The programme is a joint effort between Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd and ITI and will be conducted over 6 months by specialist trainers from Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd Training Pvt. Ltd for the students of JBITI. The objective of the training programme is to empower girls undergoing technical and vocational training by making communication skills, personality development and fluency in English a part of their curriculum, thereby increasing their employability. The training programme is part of Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd “Educate the Girl Child” initiative. It is in keeping with Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd commitment to empowering women at all levels of the society. Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd believes that it is essential to give appropriate emphasis on educating the girl child in order to empower them and turn them into successful entrepreneurs.

Training

Implementation of the training program
The training department imparts and facilitates various training programs and is responsible for all training activities at Receptive Accumen Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. To fulfill the training needs of the company, both outsourced trainers and client trainers facilitate the in-house training function.

The categories of trainers are:
1. Inhouse Trainers: The in-house faculty is identified. Either they must have thorough knowledge of the subject or they are trained first to ensure proper dissemination of information.

2. Outsourced trainers: The outsourced trainers are selected on the following criteria:

Evaluation of Performance and Feedback to Participants
The performance of the participants is recorded in the Trainer’s Feedback Form on the basis of certain parameters. An informal feedback is given to the participants during the course of the training program. Tests, role-plays, etc. are administered to test the understanding of the inputs provided during training. A formal one-to-one feedback is given to them on the completion of the training program.

Measurement of training effectiveness
