Job Description
- Project planning, monitoring and control.
- Preparation of Cost Estimates.
- Checking and getting drawings prepared from Draftspersons
- Coordination with Internal or External disciplines consultants/Contractors or Architects, for drawing production as well as site coordination.
- Handling team of Draughtsperson and Engineers.
- Complete vendor procurement activities/discussions & coordination.
- Ensuring complete implementation of ISO standards, procedures & processes.
- Keeping complete track of drawings & documents, as per the program schedule.
- Assisting in proper utilization of resources.
- Assisting in identifying Training needs of team members.
- Assisting Team/Discipline Lead or B.U.H. in various business functions.
- Assisting in Benchmarking productivity of team members.
- Present/assist in Review meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with MBA or PGDM will be preferred
