GRADUATE TRAINEES (PHYSICS / CHEMISTRY / MATHEMATICS)

Qualification: Graduate in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics with minimum 60% marks (OVER QUALIFIED CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY)

Maximum Age: Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01.01.2012

Stipend: 1st year - Rs.4000/- p.m. 2nd year - Rs.5000/- p.m. 3rd year - Rs.6000/- p.m.

General conditions
a) Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules
b) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
c) Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the Test / Interview or both.
d) The above training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.
e) The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
f) The training will mostly be in the manufacturing units/Offices of the Company in Thiruvananthapuram.
g) Those who have undergone training once, in the Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.

The project involved production of acrylonitrile, which includes production process, mass balance, energy balance, cost estimation and safety. The project was based on the process flow diagrams, raw materials and chemicals and the equipments used for the production of acrylonitrile. For further information a detailed report can be furnished.
SEMINAR (Bachelor of Engineering) :
- Presented a seminar on “ Design Of Packed Column ”.
DISSERTATION (Master of Engineering) :
- Modelling and Simulation of Two Phase gas-liquid Horizonatal Separator.
COMPUTER LITERACY :
- Knowledge of C
- Fair working knowledge of Windows operating system (Win-95/98/00/XP) as well as disk operating system (DOS).
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Softwares Known are MATLAB, POLYMATH etc.
