DESIGN OF MULTI SPINDLE DRILLING HEAD FOR DRILLING 12 HOLES IN A CYLINDRICAL BLOCK COMPONENT OF MARUTHI UDHYOG LIMITED.

Designed a multi spindle drilling head used in special purpose machine for drilling on a three cylinder block component on inlet face. It is basically a multi spindle box performing various metal removing operations i.e drilling in a predetermined side component which is normally stationary and clamped. This multi spindle drilling head is used in order to reduce the cycle time cost of production.
