12- Follow up and implementation of Safety procedures, aiming for Zero Accident and ensuring compliance by all site personnel, take necessary disciplinary actions against any person failing to adhere to safety requirements. Take necessary actions in case of any accident.
13- Follow – up on site instructions issued by the Consultant and take necessary actions for closing the instruction in a timely manner.
14- Planning, coordination, controlling pre – commissioning and final hand over of the project, and ensure that all snag items are completed and handed over.
15- Ensures the procurement of all required legal certificates, approvals, and permits from the authorities to process the works.
16- Plans the day to day works and prepares all required reports, and makes frequent daily site tours.
17- Reviews purchase orders of site staff and signs site receipt documents.
18- Reviews the site Quality department observations noted on the inspection reports, act to remedy with the site staff in coordination with the PQM
19- Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with the contract and the construction schedule.
20- Implements and ensures that all personnel under his authorities understand their responsibilities, comply with the company quality system, PQP during all construction operations, and at all levels they are aware of their responsibilities with regard to the quality system requirements.
21- Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings and documents and ensures that only the latest revisions of approved ones are used.

23- Ensure with production personnel of product compliance prior to submitting work for inspection.
24- Ensures engineers regularly verify the calibration status of surveying instruments and other used inspection and testing equipment and that a record of calibration is retained.
25- Verifies that operatives, including subcontractors have adequate training and experience to perform appointed duties.
26- Inspects important received materials and related documents with the PQM.
27- Prepares cost report in coordination with the PM, site QS and storekeeper.
28- Ensure that all change orders/VOs are approved prior to executing them except as agreed with the PM.
29- Assists the PM, and if required, with the follow-up of approvals, distribution, material orders, etc.
30- Prepares the material schedules with the PM in conformance with works schedule with adequate arrangements, and plans ahead to improve the progress of activities.
