PHP - (Team Lead) :
Should have 3+ years of work experience.
Should have good communications

Excellent in PHP and CMS like Drupal, Joomla, CodeIgniter, wordpress. would be able to support BDM's in pre sales activities like budget and time estimation.

Developer - PHP :
A minimum 1-3 years of development experience in PHP.
Should have strong analytical and database skills.
PHP5, MY-SQL and AJAX Joomla, Drupal knowledge.

JAVA - (Team Lead) :
Should have 3+ years of work experience.
Good oral / written communication skills .
Should have prior experience in international client handling
Should be excellent in Team Handling and project management
Expertise in Core Java, Java, J2ee, Java 1.5 or higher, J2ee (Servlets, JSP, Struts, JPA, EJB 2.0, EJB 3.0), webservices, OOAD, UML.
Worked with best practices & its application in various projects.
Expertise of IDEs for development.
Exposure to OOAD concepts, UML, Struts, design patterns / J2EE patterns and to the s/w development life cycle process.

Developer - JAVA :
A minimum 1-3 years of development experience in JAVA.
Requires strong experience with J2EE, Hibernate,AJAX and Spring .
Strong relational database knowledge & PL/SQL is necessary.

DOT NET - Team Lead :
Must have experience in .net for 3 to 7 yrs.
Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions
