Job Description
- Testing of incoming raw material (plastic granules,paint, alloy coil, coated coil, polyethylene granules)
- To maintain records for all laboratory testing
- To inform concerned HoD for any raw material found out of specification according to test certificates or as per companyâs standards
- Flatness testing, T- bend testing of raw coil before taking for pretreatment and inform concerned HoD (CCL) for any waviness or T-bend fail for approval of coating
- Testing of all coil coated coils in laboratory as per approved test methods (ASTM) and maintaining records properly
- Ensuring appropriate housekeeping in laboratory
- Ensuring PT samples to be sent to Henkel for chrome weight testing on weekly basis
- Maintaining of all records, condition and maintaining equipment effectiveness

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be Paint Technologist from HBTI/Plastic Technologist from CIPET or M.Sc in Chemistry
