You should have a good convincing power to domestics and international clients.You will be working on target basis. You should have hands-on skills in Marketing.Ability to interact independently with clients.Fresher are also welcomed.Marketing backgroud shall be an added advantage.

Project Manager - PM :
You shall be leading a team of programmers and designers, catering to the requirements of our international clients. You will be working on time-bound projects. You should have hands-on skills in ASP.net / Sql Server or PHP / MySQL and should have experience of 5 years as a web programmer / team leader. Ability to interact independently with global clients shall be an added advantage.

Flash Developer - FL :
You shall be part of the Design Team that caters to the needs of clients from across the globe. You should be skilled in Flash based website development and/or Action Scripting.

Website Designer - WD :
You shall be part of the Design Team that caters to the needs of clients from across the globe. You should be skilled in Website Design using PhotoShop and/or Conversion of website design template into web page using HTML/CSS. Knowledge of Div. design is necessary.

Web Programmer - WP :
You shall be part of the Development Team which required to develop web-based applications and web portal. You should be highly skilled in using ASP.net / Sql Server or PHP / MySQ, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience. SEO Specialist - SEO :
You will be required to optimize websites belonging to the organization as well as those of its clients. You should be familiar with the On Page and Off Page optimization and other optimization techniques, link exchange,directory submission,e-mail marketing etc. 0-2 years relevant experience is desirable.

Elance Bidder - EL :
