Yard /Stevedoring/ Jetty Operations :-
As a Shift in charge co-ordinate with AGM / Sr.Manager/Manager of all port operations of Dry Cargo vessels handled in port , I'm responsible for smooth loading /unloading/ staking/ reclaiming bulk cargo through mechanize system of all cargoes – Coal, Iron ore fines, Lime stone etc.. Without incurring any demurrage, with minimum ops cost per metric ton and minimum handling loss without any quality problem either by mechanical conveyor system/ship loader/unloader.

Logistics & back up operations
- All rail operations like rake placement, loading/unloading of cargo.
- Transportation to warehouse through Weigh Bridge and stacking.
- Bulking of cargo, mechanical cleaning and bulk storage with minimum handling loss.
- Warehouse/Space management, day to day operational planning.
- Re-conciliation of cargo status.
- Documentation with customs and with other agencies / parties.
- Dispose off labour matters as when require.
- Warehouse Storage of import & Export Cargoes, Agro Products, Fertilizer, Coal, minerals, Steel Pipes/Plates/Coils & Scrap Etc
- Co-ordination with Transporter/Contractors for smooth Operation.
- Co-ordination with Cargo Operation Staff. (Railway Authority, Port MHS)
Knowledge of various field on port area, like backup area operation, port main gate and rail siding operations.
