The Staff Selection Commission conducted a competitive examination on 18.12.2011 for recruitment to the post of Junior Translators (CSOL)and Junior Hindi Translator (in Subordinate Offices), Hindi Pradhyapak in Central Hindi Training Institute and Senior/ Junior Translators under Ministry of Defence all over the country.

Result of 1657 candidates qualified in Paper-I for evaluation of Paper-II has already been declared. Out of those candidates, 8 candidates did not appear in Paper - II and 8 were rejected due to various reasons in Paper-II. Therefore, Paper –II of 1641 candidates has been evaluated.

Keeping in view the tentative vacancies, the Commission has decided to call 720 candidates for Personality Test in the ratio of 1:2 approximately. The category wise details of candidates are given below.

Tentatively, the interview is expected commence from 5th March, 2012. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive call letters for the personality test by 2nd March,2012, should immediately thereafter contact the concerned Regional Office of the Commission.
