Eye Bank Physicians Training (NPCB) – 2 months (includes keratoplasty)
Eye Bank Manager Training – 1 week
Eye Bank Technician Training – 1 month
Eye Bank Grief Counsellor / social worker training – 10 Days

More than 100 general physicians from various parts of Tamilnadu are trained in the enucleation of the donor eye. Over 50 paramedics were trained in assisting for enucleation and other preservation techniques. About 40 social workers / volunteers were trained in grief counseling.
