Our approach to Training
Training is necessary in order to achieve optimum levels of productivity and yet maintain our high Quality standards.

All new entrants undergo training for 48 hours spread over 6 days.

Refresh training is undertaken based on process or product changes, long service break for an employee, customer complaints, department changes or recommendations from the concerned departments.

Excellent training facilities are provided to employees in our Education Center for getting theoretical and practical training with the help of visuals displays and actual models for layouts.

Training We believe that training is like an investment which in time yield excellent results in terms of Better Quality, Increased Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction. We have a excellent in house training room manned by the experienced faculties, trained at various Furukawa plants. Company offers excellent opportunities for deserving employees for training at abroad in various Plants of Furukawa spread all over the Globe. At MFE Bawal plant, the company provides following trainings:-

a) Room Training (Training Room):- All new joinee are given six day Induction training. The training module has been designed as per the global standard of Furukawa system and local sensibilities. The induction training comprises of product knowledge & organization structure.

b) Job Training (Line Training) :- Company provides on job training to all its employees, thus enabling them to gradually understand the process & making the transformation from ''Novice'' to Professional in real quick time.

c)Training By Experts: At MFE, experts in the field of Engineering, Quality & Manufacturing technology from the Furukawa plants routinely visits the plant for up-gradation training with regards to new products & innovative technologies.

d) Vendor Up gradation: The Company believes in motto Strong vendor base results in Good Quality,that is why special emphasis is laid down for Vendor up gradation. We help our vendor in localization of imported parts, adoption of new process, tooling techniques & through amortization. Periodic quality audit to improve the vendor quality is carried out.

e) Quality Circle : At MFE , the Quality Circle is the way of life, in grained in work culture, This problem solving tool is routinely used to upgrade the employees knowledge base. MFE routinely takes parts in various internal & external QC competitions & has won many laurels & awards.
