Executive Development Programmes (EDPs)
At SSBS we offer two types of EDPs General Management Programmes (GMPs) are generic programmes designed and offered to industries across various sectors. They concentrate on key areas aimed at improving efficiency and knowledge. GMPs enable employees to handle real life problems within their organisations.

These GMPs are designed for three levels of executives. The first is for functional specialists who can undertake training in key business areas. The second is for the middle level executives who seek to make the transition from technical or functional specializations and aspire to become business leaders. They get into cross-functional leadership development programmes so they can assume General Management roles with stronger strategy development and decision making capabilities. Finally, the third SSBS programme is for senior executives. It helps them develop into leaders who excel in an environment of constant change.
