- Ensuring timely attending of complaints of the customers by the AMC contractors and ensuring proper documentation of the same.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of the work being attended by O & M contractor by random visits and by through supervision.
- Ensuring proper documentation of maintaining and certification of contractor bills.Monitering the shift schedules of O & M contractor.
- Monitor various O & M activities of CNG stations by respective contractors (fore court, OEM) and witnessing critical activities at CNG stations being carried out safely as per approved procedures.
