Job Description
A Designer (Piping/Process) applies his/her knowledge and experience of computer aided design tools - both 2D and 3D ? to deliver quality process/piping design for successful construction and operation of facilities. The Designer (Piping/Process) also coordinates with other discipline designers to ensure the quality of total design package while meeting cost and schedule objectives on a capital project.

Desired Profile
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years work experience in Piping/Process Design; preferably, a significant part of this experience using computer aided design tools such as Microstation and AutoCAD.
* Minimum 2 years work experience in the use of 3D design tools such as PDMS or PDS.
* Hands on experience in using the tools such as PDMS, Microstation etc.
* Knowledge of ASME codes of Pipes, tubes, valves, fittings etc. would be a plus.
* Results oriented and disciplined to follow project processes and best practices.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Willingness to learn from others.

The candidate must be self-motivated, have strong interest in project engineering as a career, and able to work effectively in a team environment with people at all levels that are geographically and culturally diverse. The ability to work independently with minimum oversight, manage multiple jobs simultaneously, organize work and set priorities is also required.
