Job Description
Proven ability in develop, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation technical development support
Providing technical analysis and requirements gathering skills with proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 5-7 years experience in technical design, development, and implementation of web based IT Applications
Experience or Knowledge with Scrum/Agile development IS A MUST
Experience with enterprise integrations in a SOA environment using SOAP-based web services
Ability to evaluate and propose technical integration solutions to business issues
Strong hands on experience with JavaScript development: OO, DOM, Ajax , OOPs,Java, J2EE, XML, XPath, and XSLT
Basic developer knowledge of web services (SOAP, WSDL and the relationship to Schema)
Working knowledge of Web Service standards: SOAP, WS-Addressing, WS-Security, and WS-ReliableMessaging.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience with system, integration, and unit testing
Experience in creating and maintaining technical specification documents
Experience with common integration problems such as security and data transformation and associated implementation approaches
Ability to work independently on routine matters and does not require close supervision
Proven ability to work on problems of moderate to high scope, where analysis requires a variety of factors, and exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
Experience working in an onsite-offshore model is highly desirable
Experience with message oriented middle-ware (any platform) desirable
