    dsc doubt

Sir, Iam Bharath,I did my 10th from khammam dist. later I came to Hyderabad, after 7 year of gap I wrote eligibility test in DR BR Ambedkar open university, completed graduation, then regularly did Bed,Med,MA OU CDE ,qualified in TET.I am staying here since 18 years.Hence I did 7 years of study staying in Hyderabad. So where do I belong to Khammam or Hyderabad. Can I remove my 10 certificate and show my qualification from degree?

You normally belong to the place where you live.
When you live in a certain locality for more than a certain number of years, you can get nativity certificate from the authorities.

This answer is purely based on my experience. It may differ in the state where you live. Please clarify with concerned authorities.
