Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a vertically integrated, multi-Unit, Schedule-A Miniratna Public Sector Enterprise which owns all the Copper Mines in the country with a gross turnover of Rs.1257.58 Cr (2010-11). - Maintained Availability of TATA HITACHI make Machines above 92% and make important contribution towards achieving organization and customer’s target
- To plan, monitor & execute Monthly Scheduled Maintenance.
- To attend, Diagnose & rectify critical problems in the machines as and when required
- To conduct monthly meetings with the Service Engineers to discuss & plan out monthly activities related to machine maintenance, & also to discuss the various Human Resource issues with the staff.
- To communicate various warranty related issues with our head office & find out solutions for the same.
- To coordinate and organize disposal of wastes like used oils, used pins & bush etc.
- To maintain and control spares inventory.
- To plan for spares and coordinate the process of procuring them
- To plan & execute budget of expenses for the site
- To impart internal trainings to the Technicians as & when required
- To coordinate & organize various HR & administrative activities.
