- To plan, monitor & execute Monthly Scheduled Maintenance.
- To attend, Diagnose & rectify critical problems in the machines as and when required
- To conduct monthly meetings with the Service Engineers to discuss & plan out monthly activities related to machine maintenance, & also to discuss the various Human Resource issues with the staff.
- To communicate various warranty related issues with our head office & find out solutions for the same.
- To coordinate and organize disposal of wastes like used oils, used pins & bush etc.
- To maintain and control spares inventory.
