QUALIFICATIONS :
(i) An eminent Sanskrit Scholar with consistently good academic record with Ist or High IInd class (55% or above marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E and F in Acharya or M.A.(Skt.) or an equivalent oriental degree from a recognized Examining Body. (ii) A Ph.D. Degree in Sanskrit/allied/ relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - 1 [DHARMA SHASTRA] [U.R]
Scale of Pay - PB Rs.37,400 - Rs.67,000 with AGP Rs.9,000
QUALIFICATIONS :
(i) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Sanskrit in concerned subject (ii) A Master’s Degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) (iii) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and /or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/ industry excluding the period of Ph.D research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and /or research/policy papers.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - 1 [VYAKARANA]
Scale of Pay - PB Rs.15600 - Rs.39,100 with AGP Rs.6,000
QUALIFICATIONS :
(i) Consistently good academic record with a post-graduate degree in Ist or High IInd class (55% or above marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E, and F) in Acharya or M.A.(Skt.) or an equivalent Oriental Degree from a recognized Examining Body in the concerned subject. (ii)Besides fulfilling the above qualifications the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Attested copies of certificates, testimonials etc. should be enclosed with the application form. on payment of Rs.200/- in cash on any working day (i.e. 10.00 hours to 17.00 hours) in person or by post on deposit of a Bank Draft for the equal amount drawn in favour of the Vice Chancellor, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Deemed University along with a self addressed envelope of 27” X 12” Cms size duly stamped Rs.27/-.
