- Very Strong in Java / J2EE fundamentals. Ability to understand and work with new technologies quickly.
- Should be able to translate detailed design to code as per coding guidelines.
- Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Should have expertise in the following areas: Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat, Hibernate, Jsf, spring, Ajax, Struts, Geronimo, and typical tools of J2EE.
- Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools; good knowledge of operating systems and databases essential.
- Good in Team Management Skills.
