kindly note that there is nowhere mentioned that applicant should have experience on the date of applying. Also I will acquire 3 years experience till the date of document verification.

It would be safe to assume 14-03-2012 as the date of reckoning for calculating experience, even if it is not explicitly mentioned. However, only the recruiting body can take a decision in this regard.

Also note that it is 3 years experience as "UDC" in central / state government /autonomous bodies / public sector undertakings. You need to satisfy yourself fully that you are eligible based on thee given condition before you apply
