(i) Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of a foreign-going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
(ii) One year post-0qualification experience as Master / Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship.

SENIOR DEPUTY MANAGER (MARINE ENGINEERING) :
NUMBER OF POST : 1
QUALIFICATIONS :
(i) MOT I class Motor Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
(ii) One year post-qualification experience as Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer on board a foreign- going ship.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MARINE ENGINEERING) :
NUMBER OF POST : 1
QUALIFICATIONS :
(i) MOT II class Motor Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
(ii) Two years’ experience as independent Watch Keeping Engineer on board a foreigngoing ship.

SUPERINTENDENT (MANAGEMENT SERVICES) :
NUMBER OF POSTS : 3
QUALIFICATIONS : Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science from a recognised university/institution, OR Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Operational Research/Economics with post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognised university/institution OR Degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognised university/institution.

SUPERINTENDENT (MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGG.) :
NUMBER OF POSTS : 2
QUALIFICATIONS : Degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognised university / institution.

There is no mention of separate application form in the advertisement.
The website is also not responding. I did see an application for a different post in the cache of the site in google. I would assume there is a separate link for the application form. May be wait for a couple of days for them to mend the error "Directory Listing Denied"
