Required skills:
** Must have 3+ years of experience with a drive to master new technologies and development models.
** Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
** Should be strong in .Net Framework 3.0 (or greater), ASP.NET 2.0 (or greater), WCF
** Should have knowledge/experience in WPF (preferable)
** Hands on experience with SQL Server 2005 or higher
** Hands on MS Reporting Services (preferable)
** Continuously monitor and proactively adapt to changing business needs and technology landscape in .NET (and competing) technologies
** Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Object oriented methodologies
** Proven track record of delivering innovative products in a timely manner
** Proven track record of successfully tackling multiple projects and tight timelines
** Should have good communication and analytical skills.

Required skills:
** Should have more than 2 years of experience in Java based technologies - Java, J2EE, Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Application Servers.
** Good experience/knowledge in Hibernate, Spring or EJB would be a huge plus
** Strong fundamental knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle Database include schema design, SQL queries etc.

** Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is a huge plus.
Other Skills:
** Experience in presentation & communication with international clients
** Adaptability and managing the changing needs of client and technology teams
** Experience in Banking domain would be a huge plus.
